Job Description

As a Quality Control Officer at TWISH™, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of all sales ads on our platform. You will ensure that all listings meet our high standards before they go live, protecting our community of users and fostering trust in our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and Validate Ads: Thoroughly examine all sales ads requests to ensure they meet TWISH™'s quality standards and guidelines.
  • Reject Non-compliant Ads: Identify and reject ads that do not adhere to our requirements, providing clear feedback to users on necessary improvements.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Develop and update quality control protocols to keep pace with market trends and user needs.
  • User Support: Assist users with queries related to ad quality requirements, guiding them to help them meet TWISH™'s standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to streamline the ad approval process and enhance user experience.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on ad quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in quality control, preferably within the beauty, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of providing clear, constructive feedback.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using web-based platforms and quality control software.
