  • Honesty and Transparency: Accurately represent your skills, qualifications, and service offerings. Avoid exaggerating experience or capabilities and ensure all communication is truthful and clear.
  • Punctuality: Always adhere to scheduled appointments and commitments. Inform clients promptly in case of any delays, changes, or cancellations.

2. Respect and Courtesy

  • Respectful Communication: Communicate with clients and fellow TWISH users in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner, both online and in-person. Refrain from using inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory language.
  • Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of your clients. Any personal or sensitive information shared during the provision of services must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
  • Non-Discrimination: Offer services without discrimination based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Misrepresentation: Do not falsely claim qualifications, experience, or affiliations with other brands or professionals. This includes avoiding misleading advertisements or using unauthorized images or logos.
  • Unethical Behavior: Engaging in bribery, extortion, harassment, or any form of dishonest or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: All transactions and service bookings must be conducted through the TWISH platform. Directly soliciting payments or conducting off-platform transactions is not allowed.
